We loved the prime location, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. the nearby fish and chip shop was perfect for quick and delicious meals. the neighborhood was friendly, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. the spacious bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen were a plus, and the private garage was convenient for parking. the house was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for us young holiday goers.

We felt like we were relaxing at home during our stay at Brans Estate in West Mersea. There was nothing to complain about whatsoever.

The hosts provided good communication and basic supplies such as milk, tea, and coffee. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were well equipped and clean. The location was very central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The property lacked a lounge/living area, with only a sofa in one of the bedrooms for seating. There was no TV in the property and no ironing board provided.

brans estate in west mersea exceeded my expectations. the kitchen was a joy to cook in and the shower was amazing. the hosts were friendly and communication was top notch. can't recommend this property highly enough.
